Review: Poor Quality and Missing Items I am disappointed with my recent order of 500 bottles, as there were multiple issues: Missing Bottles: The order was 11 bottles short, which is unacceptable. Disassembled Parts: Unlike the sample, the actual order arrived in separate components, leading to hours of extra labor to assemble them. Unsanitary Condition: The bottles were dusty and unclean, despite being assured they would be sanitized. Misleading Design: The bottles have an unexpected taper, making label application difficult and increasing labor costs. I expect a resolution through either replacements for the missing items and compensation for the additional labor or a partial refund.
